Betta Filter Mats are synthetic filter wool in a mat form.

They are suitable for use in most freshwater and marine aquarium filters.

It is used as a fine filter media to help remove fish waste, decaying food and other matter which can pollute the water and it will improve water clarity.

They can be cut to the size and shape that you need and are easy to install.

Can be rinsed and re-used.

Available on 50m rolls and 2 different pre pack sizes.

Description

  • The wool is a fine web of fibres and is very effective at trapping the fine particles that spoil water clarity whilst not effecting the water chemistry.
  • Rinse before use, then pack the wool firmly ensuring even coverage across the filter surface to prevent particles by passing the wool.
  • Available in 3 sizes, Medium (60cm x 48cm x 1cm thick), Breeder (150cm x 100cm x 1cm thick), and a 48cm x 50m roll.
  • Medium mats are sold outers of 12, Breeder mats are sold in outers of 6.
